Processing time

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be personalized, stitched, and prepared for shipment. This processing time is separate from transit/shipping time.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Method & Cost

Orders are shipped via USPS with a flat rate of $9, calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Timing

Because each piece is personalized and made to order, we’re unable to expedite processing or guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us at hello@bluewillowco.com before ordering and we will do our best to accomodate you.

All Blue Willow Co. items are personalized and made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Before You Order

Please double-check all spelling, initials, and customization details at checkout. We verify spelling against what you submit before your item ships, so accuracy on your end helps us get it right the first time.

Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, please contact us at hello@bluewillowco.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to make it right.
